Thanks for flagging - this should be fixed.
So im having issues within this part of the exercise. I type in the user and it asks for the password but the letters arent registering. I tap the spacebar and it actually works.
This is by design in Linux. It never shows the letters (or even spaces) when you type a password. The cursor will move forward with each letter you type giving the illusion of a “space bar” being pressed, but that’s not what’s happening.
So just go ahead and enter the password and hit Enter when done and, unless you make a mistake, it will work fine.
