The NoChangeNeeded message means that whatever you are trying to install is already installed. In this lab you install Active Directory on TWO Windows servers. On the Windows GUI sever you install AD using GUI tools and on the Windows PowerShell server you install AD using PowerShell commands. You most likely did not use the Machines tab to switch to the Windows PowerShell server before starting the PowerShell exercises.

Follow the lab instructions. You will be told when to switch from one to the other server.
You need to run the flag, not cat the flag. The script will test to see if all the work required on the Windows GUI server was done.
