I currently doing the VPN Basic and that I must do six times so far that question

  1. What protocol does the pre-configured rule on the WAN interface of the Site-A and Site-B firewalls allow?

Every time I put the answer IPv4 it saying it wrong I’m missing something here?

Hi. Have you managed to complete it?
When you look at the IPv4, there is also another protocol. Use that instead of IPv4

I’m sorry to hear you find the VPN Basics course painful. I know IPSec can be hard, and it’s not always fun to learn hard things. The lab steps should work and the skills gained should matter. I would love to improve it if you have any suggestions.

Lab is so slow and if you get click back by mistake you have to wait 8-10 minutes to load the lab again and sometimes the lab dont work so we have to refresh the page to get it work is taking us so much time if is possible to fix that will help us a lot

Sounds like an issue with the lab environment (vs. content). I know Cybrary plans to release a newer lab engine in 2025 to address the lab reliability issues.
