Can`t start any assessment lab, only regular labs

I simply can’t start any assessment lab.

I’ve tried checking the html through inspect but to no avail.

I’ll attach just the image bellow, but no assessment labs work at all

Tried on 4 different browsers too

3 different devices.

A laptop a desktop and my phone.

None can start the lab
