Hi! This is my first time in Cybrary and when I tried to start my first lab this error appeared after loading “Cannot destructure property ‘userPassword’ of ‘o’ as it is undefined.”
What should I do when this error appears?

Received the same on Network Fundamentals skills lab.

Also experiencing this with a programming lab.

Would it be possible to get a full screen shot? Is this the lab desktop not loading or no part of the lab is loading at all?
