Cant start up the lab. error 400

giving me an error when starting it up. tried refreshing the page and will not work. here is the error message i get “Request failed with status code 400”

I have experienced the same error–utilizing MSFT edge and Chrome on a work laptop. My workaround w/r to that particular error, is to utilize a personal computer. However, you may also note a significant delay or speed issues while interacting in the labs.

Don’t understand please
