Hi Cybrary community!
Back in 2021, I completed some courses on Cybrary and received certificates. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the account I used at the time — I’ve forgotten both the email address and password.
However, I still have the original certificates in PDF format with the following certificate numbers:
• CC-e979694c-918f-414b-b193-ef3118a8e075
• CC-c7ddbdf5-dd4a-4598-9fca-0187e32fdecb
I need official confirmation that these certificates are genuine and verified — not for recovering my account, just for verification purposes.
I already reached out to Cybrary support but haven’t received any response. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Is there another way to get certificates verified?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
