After completing the IT & Cybersecurity Foundations path, I was able to click “View Your Credly Credential.” However, when I reached the Credly website, I received the following error:
“We’re sorry, but the page you are looking for has either moved, or is no longer available.”
How can I obtain my badge?
Clicking the Claim Badge button will also trigger an email from Credly. You should see that email in the Inbox associated with your primary email address (the one beginning with “cy”).

Unfortunately no badge or email from them.
I’ve received my Net+ & Sec+ from them without issue, but for some reason I can not receive this one.
This is my error when clicking:
I just manually resent the notification email. I don’t think Credly emails would get flagged as spam, but it might be worth checking your Junk folder.
If that doesn’t work, I can manually replace the badge itself.
Unfortunately still no luck. I’ve check Spam as well.
Just replaced. I’ve messaged you a copy of the badge information that I see on my end.
