Did not receive an invoice

Hello ..
I just purchased the cyber insider Pro for 1 month and my mentor paid for it and he wants invoice for it but I have not receive the invoice of purchase and I had removed autopay so if I try to go through manage subscription it is asking for adding payment method please help

… It seems the mistake was on my part I had been checking my secondary email instead of checking my primary email ….My bad …and Thank you very much
