Firefox Not Working in Wireshark Basics – Guided Exercises Challenge Lab

I’m working on the Wireshark Basics – Guided Exercises challenge lab. At the end of the exercise, I’m supposed to open Firefox on the clabberh1 system but running the firefox command gives this error

I just tested this, and it worked for me. Firefox will throw a lot of errors, but it did load.

I’m running into the same issue. I’ve run the firefox command and let it sit for 3-5 minutes for each attempt, but it still hasn’t opened. Same singular error. Are we missing something?

I also tried updating just to see what happens and it says its on the latest version.

Also tried some goofy things and got the funny error `cannot find app “firefox” in “firefox”

I ran the lab again, and this time I got the exact error reported by @Dolo650 and @RegionalFelidae7797.

However, then I restarted the lab and it worked…

So this looks to be an intermittent issue.
