Hi Lab Admins,
Last week i was doing the “SIEM Dashboards” lab and frequently the lab got connection issues(Reconnect… Start Lab). answered the first 2 questions and before getting the flag, i got disconnected.
and i fed up and left the lab without finishing it completely(finished 80% but left it).
today i thought to do this lab, started it, created the dashboard (around 5 times already the lab got disconnected, i have to reconnect.. but the good thing is that - the dashboard works are saved).
but, when there was a time gap in reconnect (just less than 20 mins), when i reconnected, the old dashboard was not there, i have to restart from zero.
hope others also facing the same issue.
May i know if any solutions/workarounds available, thanks.
Do you have a different internet connection available to you? If the lab is disconnecting, this is typically due to network instability. For example, I will sometimes encounter this problem working from a coffee shop, but almost never on my home network. I would also recommend trying a VPN, although in some cases this may just exacerbate the issue.

To tag onto @CalmQuail2332 , I would would white list app.cybrary.it from any AV or other web protection you may be using.
I would use a clean browser with no web extensions.
I would not use a VPN unless you have no choice.
I would not use a wireless connection if there was a wired connection available, and if you are using wireless, try to do so when it’s in light use (fewer roommates or family members home).
Makes sure no-one is gaming or watching TV over Internet whenever possible.

Sure, will try with another good WiFi and update you, thanks.
Hi Team,
one more issue i thought to report.
Lets say i am doing a virtual lab (on google chrome browser)
after the guided lab, there is challenge exercise , right.
when we do this lab, at times, we may want to refer the filepaths/commands, which is available on the previous guided lab.
if i open a new tab and load the ap.cybrary.it or thru history, if i open the previous guided challenge webpage, the lab page automatically refreshes.
hope you guys can understand, pls let me know if more details needed from myself, thanks.
today i was using a better WiFi and able to complete one lab, thanks.
I know what you mean. The lab is not refreshed, all the machines are in the same state. However, the lab does reconnect, and that opens the door to a possible reconnect problem.
I will ask why this reconnect is done.
