I want the complete roadmap to start my career in cyber security in defensive team
I am a complete beginner so pls guide me according to that
would be really thankful

I don’t know of any complete roadmap. But can can recommend the following:

First, it’s good to read. We spend too much time watching people talk at us, and it’s not conductive to learning (IMO). To that end, here are two great starting resources:

How Cybersecurity Really Works
https://www.amazon.com/How-Cybersecurity-Really-Works-Hands/dp/1718501285/ref=rvi_sccl_2/135-8226697-8581655?pd_rd_w=uKl8F&content-id=amzn1.sym.f5690a4d-f2bb-45d9-9d1b-736fee412437&pf_rd_p=f5690a4d-f2bb-45d9-9d1b-736fee412437&pf_rd_r=F1BPBH89YA868DJ0Q7X4&pd_rd_wg=o5JqZ&pd_rd_r=2d35c05f-dc0a-4d6b-85f0-84adea574c7b&pd_rd_i=1718501285&psc=1

This book "covers different types of attacks, common tactics used by online adversaries, and defensive strategies you can use to protect yourself. You’ll learn what security professionals do, what an attack looks like from a cybercriminal’s viewpoint, and how to implement sophisticated cybersecurity measures on your own devices.

Cybersecurity Blue Team Toolkit

This book teaches “why and how to use fundamental open source and free tools such as ping, tracert, PuTTY, pathping, sysinternals, NMAP, OpenVAS, Nexpose Community, OSSEC, Hamachi, InSSIDer, Nexpose Community, Wireshark, Solarwinds Kiwi Syslog Server, Metasploit, Burp, Clonezilla and many more.”

Cyber Security and IT go hand in hand. You should understand IT principles and practices. To that end, Google makes a great (and free) Intro to IT course:

Cybrary has a full Foundations career path. It’s a very hands on path that covers a ton of topics.

Ideally, watch the Google videos while reading the two books I link to FIRST, then come back to take on this full career path:

Once you are done with that, you are ready for the SOC analyst career path:

Having reasonable expectations and a determined mindset is important. You are your own teacher here, and learning is not easy. In fact, our brains are wired NOT to learn (only to parrot and associate). Learning takes effort. Everything will seem disconnected and hard at first. Persevering through that is key to your future success. If you find yourself completely lost, you may need more formal education (e.g. community college).
