Hi iv been trying to work on 2.2 lab but it doesnt want to open or load even the first lab i came across i couldnt work on because it did want to open. can anyone please kindly assist me with a way forward. thanks

Please provide the Title of the lab, the Part and Step(s) that are failing, and any screen shot(s) showing the error.

As you say the lab itself will not open, kindly tell us:

What OS are you using?
What browser are you using?
What browser extensions are you using?
What AV solutions do you have running?
Are you using a VPN?

Assuming Windows:
One thing to try, if you are using Chrome, try a clean new install of Firefox. If you are using Firefox, try a new clean install of Chrome. If you are using a VPN turn it off. If you have any AV solution with web protection try disabling it. The goal is to get as clean a line between you and the lab desktop as possible.
