I have a "Permission denied" message when trying to echo a message

I keep having trouble on 1.2 of Asymmetric Cryptography. When I try to use the user Sally I keep running into this “Permission denied” message when trying to echo a message in the exercise.

I keep looking over the instructions and it doesn’t say I should be running into this problem.

I also have the same problem with the challenge in 1.3 of Asymmetric Cryptography.
