I think there was a problem site-wide, mine now loads okay. I just kept refreshing.

keep refreshing worked for me 
now it says,“connect to a resource to get started”

Hi, i tried to connect on incognito mode and it worked
i refreshed and now it shows,“setting up ur environment”
