Missing a certificate for module completion

I’ve completed the module for Virtualization Security Administration but did not get the expected Download your Certificate link on the completion page. Instead, I see ‘We will send you a notification with the link to your certificate shortly.’ (that was Jan 6th and no email yet). All other previous and subsequent modules behave as expected with a d/l link.. How do I proceed?

If you go to My Learning > Completed (Cybrary) you should see a Download Certificate button for the course, but let me know if you don’t.
