I have an issue with my lab. The lab gets loaded, but the marker won’t move, and it’s frozen.
When it gets to 100% you have a couple choices.
1.) Wait and the desktop will eventually come up
2.) Reload the page and click Start Lab again. Many times you will connect right away.
This should be resolved - apologies for the interruption!
