Can you provide a screenshot of your xchat so that we can verify that you’ve connected to the right channel? You should see other users in the pane on the right-hand side. If you don’t see any, it’s likely you connected to using the wrong #channel channelkey

Thanks! It looks like you might be typing in your chat input in the wrong field. Have you tried entering “I forgot my password to lybrary” in the field at the very bottom, next to jgalt?
