Password in lab incorrect

Hello! I am doing this Guided Exercise in Lab called Asymmetric Cryptography and having trouble connection to a user Sally using the provided password. How can I fix it?

I answered questions without connecting to sally user, but now, in Challenge exercise it is impossible to become Sally as the lab asks

Be sure there is a space between the “-” and “Sally”

su - sally

not su -sally
