I’m trying to complete the tasks portion of “Security Ticketing” guided exercise.
No matter what I enter (including the correct answer) for Question 3. What is the initial status of the ticket you created?
I receive “Please retry and hit ‘Submit’ to continue.”
This occurs on two different systems.
I’ve tried restarting, refreshing, usual browser troubleshooting and the error persists.
Any help is appreciated.

I know what the answer is. I’m sharing it directly on purpose. I have confirmed with others that have done the lab recently.
“They did in fact NOT know the answer” 
don’t get me wrong, my apologies if I seemed hostile or anything like that, I just wasn’t in the mood for the barrage of posts about posting answers. I appreciate your screenshot !
Here’s the hard part…I was wrong…What I knew to be the answer was not the status but the severity.
