I am extremely frustrated and honestly disappointed with this experience.
I hit the free daily lesson limit while actively answering a guided exercise, not idling. I respected the system, waited the entire cooldown period shown, and returned exactly as instructed to resume my work. When I refreshed the page, with only a few minutes remaining the platform reset my cooldown to another 8+ hours. That is unacceptable. This is not a “learning limitation”; it is a punitive and poorly designed system that wastes users’ time and breaks study momentum. Refreshing a page should never restart a completed cooldown. That behavior feels manipulative, disrespectful, and intentionally frustrating for free users. I carefully planned my study time, and your platform invalidated it in seconds. Time is valuable, and this experience made it clear that Cybrary does not respect that. If this is intentional, it’s a terrible user experience. If it’s a bug, it’s a serious one that needs immediate fixing. Either way, this interaction left me angry, discouraged, and questioning whether this platform actually supports learners or simply pressures them through frustration.
I expect this issue to be acknowledged and addressed.
