When I watch a video it will not let me continue on and mark it complete. What is going on here?
Hey there - is this happening with every video, or just one specific video? If it’s just one, can you please share the Course Name and Module / Lesson number?
As a general troubleshooting tip, I would also try reloading the page and letting the video play through to the end without skipping around. If you jump ahead too quickly, without giving the video time to buffer fully, it won’t mark it complete. That may not be the issue you’re experiencing, but it’s worth mentioning.
I tried letting it run three times. I do have it on 1.25x speed though, that may be the issue. It is happening on PenTest+ 1.5 and 1.6
To confirm, that’s the Pentest+: Attacks and Exploits course?
I just tested the videos for 1.5 and 1.6 in that course - both ran and completed as expected, including at 1.25 speed.
Is this happening with any other videos - specifically in lessons that only have a single video and a “Watch the video” completion trigger, rather than challenge questions? For example, in Cybrary
