virtual lab loads on my browser but when I click on the terminal icon it doesn’t responded. what do I do

for more than seven days now i have been trying to open the lab but it is not working. my internet connection has been on. i wanted to try the lab practice to see if it works so i can pay for upgrade to CIP
If I understand the issue:
You click the lab link and the lab loads. You click Start Lab and the desktop loads in about 3-4 minutes. You can see the desktop, but when you move your mouse and click on terminal, nothing happens?
What OS are you using?
What browser are you using?
What browser extensions are you using?
What AV solutions do you have running?
Are you using a VPN?
Assuming Windows:
One thing to try, if you are using Chrome, try a clean new install of Firefox. If you are using Firefox, try a new clean install of Chrome. If you are using a VPN turn it off. If you have any AV solution with web protection try disabling it. The goal is to get as clean a line between you and the lab desktop as possible.
