The Wazuh bookmark have despaired. I can not do the Lab.
Please help.
Hi, noticed that @PolarBaddie2398 reported the same issue in April last year. I have been assigned this course at work and really need to complete. I don’t see a response, maybe I am not looking in the right place, can someone please point me in the right direction or provide some assistance.
Please tell us which lab you are doing and which step is failing in that lab. If you have a screen shot, that would be ideal as well.
Without knowing more I would say the most likely reason the bookmark is missing is because you were asked to switch to another lab desktop using the Machines tab and you did not do so. Thus the bookmark will not be found untill you are on the correct desktop.
Hi All, I am currently working in the same Wazuh lab (Part 2: Create a Filter in Wazuh) as @PolarBaddie2398 and @FollowingMinnow3020 have done in the past and I do not see the Wazuh bookmark either in the Firefox bookmarks. It may have disappeared, not sure. I tried searching Wazuh, but Firefox showed “no results”. What is causing this issue? I have been experiencing many technical problems with this particular lab. I would appreciate if someone could let me know who I can reach out to that has experience working with these labs, as I am a student trying to learn. Many Thanks!
Hey there - I just tested this lab, but wasn’t able to reproduce any issues with the Wazuh bookmark in Firefox.
Could you please post a screenshot of what you’re seeing?
If you believe you’ve identified any issues with the labs, please post them here in Forums as you have, including the lab name, lesson, part/step number, description, and a screenshot.

My apologies for the delay, I have been preparing for my certification. I Revisited the Wazuh lab again today (6/18/2025) and at the same question (Part 2: Create a filter in Wazuh) there is no Wazuh in the Firefox bookmarks. Below are screenshots of the Wazuh and Windows machines in Firefox for your review. Please let me know, if I am doing something incorrectly. The instructions are not that clear for me. Should the Wazuh bookmark appear in the Windows or Wazuh machines or both? Many Thanks!

I just tested the lab, and the bookmark seems to be there.
Can you confirm that you’re launching Firefox on the Wazuh machine? Based on your screenshots, it seems like you might be accessing Firefox from the Windows machine.
Specifically, be sure you’re on Wazuh and launching Firefox from the dock - not launching Firefox from the Windows taskbar via the Remmina window.
I’ve added a note at the beginning of Part 2 to confirm that you’re still on the Wazuh machine.

Thank you for the prompt response. Confirmed, I launched Firefox from both machines because the instructions were not clear. Regarding the dock on the Wazuh Machine, Firefox was on the left side of the screen, not at the bottom. Does this make a difference? I will work on the Lab tonight and let you know. Thank you!

Thank you! I was able to finally complete part 2 but now I am having issues with part 3 of the same lab.
