i have the same issue, the folder is just empty for me though. I can’t find anywhere that talked about a hidden partition for the startup folder.

Use PowerShell for Q1-2 and then use File Explorer for Q3-5. Hope this helps.

Is on Boot files Like EFI or BCD

You need to activate the .\challenge.bat in order for the flag come out.
