I just started the Orientation as well and the virtual lab is stuck on the “Finishing up building your lab environment” message. Tried all troubleshoots. Any luck with a fix? Really keen to start the course.

This should be fixed - sorry about the disruption! It appears we had an issue that was localized to the lab definition used in the Orientation course.
I too, like many of you, have been experiencing this issue. At first, I thought it was just an issue with the specific lab I was working on at the time, But after trying to load up other labs I encountered the loading issue again.
Yes, it wasn’t just the Orientation course. Works now though.

Hi, I am having this issue too. I have tried restarting and refreshing multiple times…
Opening labs takes ages and again it is not working… and each I refresh at “100%” it starts from 0% again, only to not working in the end. Great. Fix it please.
Hey there - the labs should all be working, but let me know which one is failing and we can make sure there’s not a specific issue with it.
Otherwise, could you try a different network connection and let me know if that changes anything?
I have no other network connection. I was online though. Today it is working again, yesterday I tried multiple reloads, which is annoying when you have to wait several minutes for the VM to start up. I tried deleting cookies, using private mode, reopening the browser… nothing helped.
Okay, this time I know why it’s not working.
I uninstalled the storage driver and the lab won’t work anymore. Reloading the page and starting the lab again doesn’t work.
P.S. It started working again after 20 min or so. I assume there is some kind of watchdog. How do I force the VM to reload?
There is a Restart Lab button on the Machines tab. If you can’t get to the Machines Tab then exit the lab and come back in 10 minutes.

Hello, I am trying to start this lab but after a while saying loading the button comes back to “start lab”, I tried at least 5 times already: IT and Cybersecurity Foundations - Learn, Network Reference Models, 1.2 Guided exercise.

As the lab doesn’t start, the “machines” panel is not displayed
Nothing happens when I click the start lab button. It looks like it’s going to start but then it goes back to “Start Lab”
I logged out, cleared cache. Tried a different lab even. Same result.

careers in cybersecurity -1st lab didn’t work yesterday, but worked today. now second lab is not loading. clicking start lab and it says loading for a second and then the button goes back to start lab

Trying to get through the first lab in Network Fundamentals. When I click “Start Lab” it loads for half a second, and then the button flips back to “Start Lab” and nothing works. It just loops.
