I just tested loading the lab, and it did so without issue…
Can you retry?
I’m still seeing the same issue. I’ve tried on my work network and home network, on and off VPN, in both Chrome and Safari. I just get “Loading…” for half a second and then back to “Start Lab.”
Hey there - I just launched the lab and it appears to be working. Could you try again and let me know if the issue is persisting?
Still have the same issue. I’m on a Mac and I’m located in Tokyo. I’m trying to think of any other troubleshooting info or context I could provide. This issue is affecting all the Cybrary courses, so I can’t make any progress. Is there any way we could schedule a troubleshooting session so that I can get access?
Update - I am able to access other labs, but no luck with the Network Reference Models lab. It’s still broken for me.
Hmm, that’s odd - I’ll flag your user ID to Engineering so they can look into it.
I am also having loading issues with my lab, i’ve deleted cache, used safari and chrome, etc.
Hey there - if this happens, I would recommend the following troubleshooting steps.
First, try refreshing your browser, then click Start Lab again. This will attempt a reconnect to the lab environment.
Second, if that doesn’t work, try clicking Restart Lab on the Machines tab. This will cancel the original lab environment and start a new one.
I’m attempting the Cybrary Orientation and I’m having the same issues. It was 1.4 virtual labs. I just skipped it since it was optional.
i also tried your troubleshooting tips, the lab for 1.4 wont start after completely downloading several times
the answer of question is admin,root,r00t,User but its not responding i was able to barely access the lab that time i saw answer but its not working
Is there an immediate fix to the lab not loading? I click “start lab” and it flashes briefly and goes back to the same screen, as mentioned by several other people above.
Some labs were down this morning, please retry when convenient.
